As a leader, she is dedicated to helping you create moments throughout your day (& in your life), where you COME ALIVE and FEEL EMPOWERED. Aubre's classes will give you the tools to feel your best both on and off the mat! Her energy will make you feel like the sky is the limit!
Alissa has melded her passion for wellness and electronica to create Deep House Yoga; a live DJ wellness brand concept. She has recently expanded her sonic journeys to include crystal sound bowl and ambient soundscapes. If she’s playing sounds for a dance party, fitness class, or meditation, she’s always inspired by sound vibrations that uplift the spirit, heal, and create a space for joy.

can i book with a friend?

how do i get to the retreat?
Fly into Cancun on the morning of March 16. You can book your own shuttle to the hotel or the hotel can coordinate for you. We will send out a form to input you flight information two weeks before the retreat and make sure you are taken are of!
What is included?
We welcome you coming along with OPEN ARMS. Getting out of your comfort zone can feel scary but it is always worth it. There will be new friends waiting for you once you get to Tulum :) You can trust that with Aubre, Alissa and the community, you will have a safe space to express yourself and feel supported.
What is NOT included?
airfare, airport transfers (we can help coordinate), travel insurance, extra add-on services (massages, readings, excursions, etc), alcohol.

HOW do i sign up?
Included in the total cost of the retreat is; lodging (4 nights) at Amansala, nourishing meals (lite breakfast, brunch, snacks, dinner), two movement practices per day, mindfulness practice + workshop each day, all taxes + gratuity for staff
ABSOLUTELY. We love that you and your bestie want to embark on a journey to Tulum with us! Let us know on the form or via email and we will ensure you are assigned together.
Initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation requests submitted with more than 50 days of retreat date: 100% of the total amount refunded. Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellation requests within 21 days of the retreat: no refunds, no exceptions. (Exclusive of initial deposit).
Once you are booked, we will send you a list of our packing tips and recommended items. The obvious; your passport, activewear, swim suit, sunscreen & your beautiful self.
The kitchen staff is super accommodating to any preferences or allergies. Once you are booked and we get closer, we will be sure to take note of ALL your needs!

IS there free time?
Oh yes! We know moving and grooving with your community is fun af, but it is so important that you have time to yourself to reflect and get playful. With that being said, it is requested that you go into town with a friend!
